 Q: What is the procedure for an experienced climber to come and climb at TCA?
A: You need to demonstrate your safety skills and pass a belay test.
 Q: What would you suggest for someone who has never been rock climbing before?
A: It is mandatory to take an introductory climbing course.
 Q: Can I show my friend how to belay?
I am afraid not. Only TCA instructors may teach at the facility.
 Q: How can my kids climb at the TCA?
"Kids Love to Climb" program is offered every Saturday from 11-1pm and it is a great way to start for children ages 6-12.
The Rock Safety Courses are available for kids ages 4 – 16 and they are 6-weeks long.
Finally, the parent can take the Beginner Lesson and then belay them.
This lesson is also available for children 13 years or older.
 Q: If I don’t know anybody can I still climb, and how can I find a climbing partner?
A: The TCA staff will be happy to introduce you to our members. And you can always warm up and try our different bouldering terrains.
 Q: I am looking for the most appropriate package as a gift?
A: We offer Gift Certificates for all programs and memberships.
 Q: When are Intermediate, Lead and Advance courses offered?
A: We run them on weekday evenings and they are scheduled according to the availability of all participants.
 Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You can reschedule "Beginner Lesson" or "Kids Love to Climb" booking with a 48 hours notice. But we do not offer cancellation or refund for all other programs.
 Q: How old do I need to be able to belay?
A: You have to be 13 years or older and successfully complete a Beginner’s Course or pass the belay test.
 Q: Do you offer Birthday Parties and how long are they?
