Q: What is the procedure for an experienced climber to come and climb
at TCA?
A: You shall demonstrate your safety skills and pass a belay test.

Q: What would you suggest for someone who has never been rock climbing
before?
A: It is mandatory to take an introductory climbing course.

Q: Can I show my friend how to belay?
A: I am afraid not. Only TCA instructors may teach at the gym.

Q: How can my kids, ages between 6 and 12 years old, climb at TCA?
A: You can sign them up for "Kids Love to Climb" program or
you can take a Beginner Lesson and then belay them.
5.
Q: If I do not know anybody and I just come there by myself, how
can I find a belayer?
A: TCA staff will be happy to introduce you to our members. There is
extensive bouldering area too.

Q: I am looking for the most appropriate package as a Christmas gift?
A: We offer Gift Certificates for all our programs.
7.
Q: When are Intermediate, Lead and Advanced course held?
A: We run them on weekday evenings and we schedule them according to
the availability of all participants.

Q: What is your cancellation policy ?
A: There is no cancellation or refund. However you can reschedule "Beginner
Lesson " or "Kids Love to Climb" programs with at least
48 hours notice.

Q: What is the minimum age to be able to belay?
A: 13 years old after passing belay test or successful completion of
a Beginner Lesson.

Q: What is the duration of a Birthday Party?
A: Birthday Parties run for a total of 2 hours.
